Personalized Training

After a decade of running at a high level, I have seen plenty of different approaches to training and have concluded that everyone responds differently to training. This means that an individualized approach is imperative. We value your experience and want to see you achieve the results that you desire. By purchasing a personalized training plan and completing the personalized training plan questionnaire, we will shape your plan around your own personal preferences, strengths, and weaknesses. All training plans will be sent via email with an excel file attached within 3 days of purchase. Personalized training plans can be 6-24 weeks long and will include running workouts, day to day training, and an injury prevention program. If you want a plan shorter than 6 weeks we reccomend a training consultation found in our services. If you want a training plan longer than 24 weeks, consider coaching from Cole Campbell.
